Nokia and Symbian still Number 1 in Europe Over Android

Google Android turns out to be the number two in Western Europe. It is true that European users will be easily recognize Android phones but the problem is the Android phone it self is rarely seen in Europe. Due to this reason, European users are still not so familiar with Android phone.
Western Europe shows the number of 5.4% of Google Android market share in the end of Q3 2009. In the future, it seems more Android phones will be available in here. They are phones from LG, Sony Ericsson, Motorola, Samsung and others. This is like what Francisco Jeronimo, IDC analyst has said.
So far, Symbian and Nokia are still number one in Western Europe. But some other news come that Samsung seems to get increase. Samsung may overtake Nokia in future.

LG will be the Third Nokia AMOLED Screen Supplier

An BNP Paribas analyst in Seoul has said that LG has no capacity to be the third supplier of Nokia AMOLED screen but the fact out there says different. Samsung and TPO have become the Nokia AMOLED (active matrix organic light emitting diode) screen supplier so far. And this time Nokia still seek the third AMOLED supplier for them. LG seems to be that third supplier. This news comes from anonymous source which has told The Korea Times that in a year the shipping will be materialized and that several technical problems still need to be resolved. That source also says that Nokia would like to produce more AMOLED display devices in future.
