FM Transmitter on Nokia N900

Matthew Miller over at nokiaexperts.com had written his experience on one of N900 feature, FM transmitter. This feature enables you to output the audio content to home FM radio or car. He utilized GPodder to download podcast and selected the open FM radio thru N900.

Some other Nokia devices like N85 and N78 also have FM transmitter but N900 seems to have a good result. His played podcast sounded good in his car. You can also use direct connection via cassette adapter or 3.5mm cable it will work well. So N900 can be a good choice for you traveling.

Nokia Cseries and Xseries will Come

Previously the 4 digit model number is the first that followed by N-Gage and then Eseries and Nseries. Now Nokia fans will be surprised with the new series, Xseries and Cseries. No further info regarding the devices that will be announced but at least those trademarks will cover smartphones, phones, parts and accessories. Read more

ForecaWeather is designed for S60 platform phone like Nokia Nseries and Eseries as well as Samsung S60 third edition phone.

The app itself is a Symbian app with the capability of providing the current weather presented in 10 days weather forecasts as well as its animations. You can know the weather forecast for worldwide location. There are more than 140.000 location options you can choose from. Of course, knowing your current location is a must, so you can use this app for that purpose. Your current location weather forecast can be retrieved using GPS feature in your phone.

Other than GPS, you can choose other way using your phone Landmark or via coordinates for entering the new location. The 10 days weather forecasts can be displayed as memos on your phone calendar. The app supports for Russian, Greek, English, German, French, Italian and Finnish language.

Several days ago, from some sources, Nokia N78 assumed as impressive phone specially if compare it with my previous one, a Nokia 6230i. Which is included with wi-fi connectivity (with WEP keys), Bluetooth, camera (actually two, the ‘normal’ one in the back –Carl Zeiss, 3.2 MP– and a basic one in the front, for videocalls I guess), integrated speakers, USB connectivity, expansion card, MP3 player, web browser, maps and GPS, and many more.

HDR is a great technique to make your digital photos look amazing. HDR or High dynamic Range Imaging uses multiple pictures with different exposure settings and combines them with Tone Mapping.

Nokia Nseries can create HDR image. In general when you take pictures of subjects lots of light contrasted with lots of darkness, then the camera try to poise everything and you finish up with a standard picture. With HDR imaging the pictures trace to vivid color.
