Merging Plan of Android and Symbian?
Big rumor this week, J. Gold Associates, a US-based tech analyst firm revealed that that Nokia’s Symbian and Google’s Android is destined to be a single open source Smartphone OS.
Here are the reasons;
1. Nokia and Google are pursuing similar open source strategies with their mobile OS technology.
2. Both have same companies and institutions sponsor for OS mobile.
3. For Google itself, this joint-venture will ease them to build a single application that will work on single OS instead of two.

Nokia N96: Available in September on 3

Network operator ‘3′ just held a big launch event, showing off what’s coming up in September. The event was showing Nokia N96 (available in September) and the coolest computer, the whiteE71 (available now). There is a big “talk” about the sheer uselessness of mainstream media and some of the freeloaders in that world- worth a read if only to reinforce why you read AAS and SMST!
This is great news that other operators will be offer these devices soon. Find out more on this link
Nokia N85, “Just” Another Nseries?
The new UAP’s on Nokia NDS site finally confirmed about the existence of Nokia N85, and will release the devices very soon. UAProf (User Agent profile) is an XML document that contains information about the user agent type and device capabilities as the standard defined and maintained by the Open Mobile Alliance (formerly the WAP Forum).
User agent profile reveals that Nokia N85 has a crappy dual led flash, totally outdated QVGA screen, and average cam? Quiet disappointing for the customer!
More Nokia Tube Spy Pics
We know that Nokia readies 5800 XpressMedia / Nokia Tube as iPhone killer. The phone is going to be Nokia’s first S60 handset with touch user-interface. As you can see in the pictures it features a 3.2 Megapixel camera with dual-LED flash. This version is a vodafone-branded device.
Nokia E71 And Nokia E66 Will Be Launched

With Unofficially information, its look like Nokia will launch both Nokia E66 and Nokia E71. Though form several informations, it is certain that both devices will sport 3.2 megapixel cameras, secondary videocall cameras and 128MB of memory, facts obvious by the provided photos.
Nokia E66 is a slider phone with large keys on both the front panel and the main keyboard. There is no information regarding the size of the display, yet it is certain it will be 16M TFT one and it really looks large.
Nokia E71 is the other high-end phone, which comes in monoblock form factor and a full QWERTY keyboard. The main block of keys with the D-Pad looks very similar to Nokia E61i while the QWERTY keyboard has different design and very large “space” key.
And it is noticed that the camera is an autofocus one, with flash and self-portrait mirror. The battery cover seems to have the same patterned finish as Nokia E51.
Nokia Concern to release N93i in USA
From the rumors, Nokia N93i is going to be released in USA. This rumors come out after Nokia’s USA site compares the N93i on the page and it is listed as coming soon.
This is an interesting fact that the N93i has been around (internationally) for well over a year. With a triband frequency 900/1800/1900 and also with WCDMA 2100 which is not supported in the USA.
Some people guess that the phone will only be available in the (two) Nokia Flagship stores. The N93i’s tribanded-ness means it won’t be showing up on AT&T, but Nokia has yet to bring a single Nseries device to the likes of T-Mobile. (AT&T got the lackluster N75)
