Homescreen Widgets
In this pre release edition, the home screen takes quite long time to open. With the reactive and intuitive way, widgets can be moved, deleted and added. As default, there are contact and numbering in home screen that equipped with accelerometer too. The open apps can be displayed with long press the menu button.

Photo & Video
Taking photo is simple enough and it is equipped with Carl Zeiss and some options to adjust the shot like zoom, flash, macro, white settings, etc.
For video, this device records in 16:9 (good quality). Shot with LED is an alternative where you need to choose “bulb” before. Its large screen offers the gratify view.
Web Browser
Its 3.5″ screen supports your browsing activity which it also supports scroll kinetics and also has the quick response. Other than that, the phone supports flash. There is a RSS reader on N97 browser.
Ovi Store
N97 Ovi Store offers the catalog that you can browse it without making an account. Some classes available on Ovi Store such as Suggestion, Personalization, Audio & Video and Games and Applications. Here you can rate, give review, read others review, send page to others and so.
Video, TV, Games
The storage capacity up to 32 GB and the battery can be used for about 4.5 hours. This phone is able to make video stream (ex: view podcast mobility).
Playing game on the phone can be done with touchscreen or using the arrows on its QWERTY. Although no NGage installed but you can download it later.
