Using gStorage you can access your Gmail as  network drive right from 5800. Like the usual drive you can download and send file from your drive. So it means you can upload your file to Gmail account then send it too to other email address. It lets you search your attachment and download it by file name, Labels, Gmail folders and so on.

This app is a paid one but you can enjoy its demo version that lets you download and upload file up to 500Kb. This size is enough for small office documents. Then the full version lets you upload your files till 25MB. In other word, you can send email with attachment to email in an effective way.

This app, gStorage will get the update regularly comes with fixes and improvements. This app will be compatible with 5800. You may find any warning in installation process telling it isnt compatible, so just ignore it.

The New Concept of Nokia Phone After the Symbian Acquisition

Perhaps you still remember when Symbian decided to join Nokia to build a new foundation. As a reminder, in 2008 Nokia took Symbian’s acquisition and introduced the operating system to be an open source OS that offered great chances for single application developer to modify their applications. Application developers are free to contribute and fix the code for better improvement. And lately, Nokia has given a proposal of the next Symbian^4 UI Concept to Symbian Foundation. As additional information, Symbian Foundation members are mostly come from Nokia former employees.

Certainly, Symbian^4 UI will be improved especially in providing the users new experience of interaction and layout pattern that apply the applications. This new device is hopefully giving new look for Symbian users and let them stay responding to any changes made by Nokia. Since operating system is important thing, this development would need serious effort from Nokia as the proof of its seriousness in exploring the new Symbian Touch UI.

Nokia Ovi Suite Beta v2.1 has been Updated

Nokia Ovi Suite Beta v2.1 has got update. So currently the beta stage of Nokia Ovi Suite has passed testing phase. It now comes with a lot of features like syncing contacts with Mozilla Thunderbird, transferring and playing videos over Ovi Suite and others. The good news is that this latest Nokia Ovi Suite has been compatible with Windows 7 operating system.

This new version, Nokia Ovi Suite v.2.1.0.87 has offered you its cool performance. For those who want to upgrade to this new version just find the Updates icon (top location of Ovi interface) then click on it.

The new Ovi Suite user can start to download the full installation thru Nokia. This installer has 93MB file size. The PC Suite may have not yet been compatible with old version of Microsoft Windows OS like Win 98, Win 2000, NT 4.0, Win 2003 , Windows Millennium and so on.

Just for recommendation, if your current PC already has Nokia PC Suite so it is better if you uninstall it before have Ovi Suite installed.

Apart from just making and receiving call, our phone can do anything else. So now Nokia Beta Labs is offering you Nokia Feel. Nokia Feel is new app lets you find what you phone can offer according to your feeling.

For your clear description, let me show you an example. Nokia Feel has some feeling options like Energetic, Lucky, Lonely, Happy, Hungry, Bored, Lost, Caring or Creative. Take for example you select Energetic. So the app will show you direct shortcuts to the certain phone features that suite your mood like calling friends and cheering up, going for a walk as well as tracking your route using the GPS or browsing the internet.

Of course, you can feel further this app after install it and start using it.

Among the phone have been tested for the app are N97 and N97 Mini. Nokia 5800 has not yet been tested but Anunay Kumar had done it for you. So now you can run the app on Nokia 5800 safely. But the app may feel quite slow for launching that can take about a minute. And finally this app is a widget not a SIS app.

Nokia E55 Firmware Update to v031.012

The latest firmware update for Nokia E55 now comes to v031.012. So after this E55 will be up to date with E52 that had got the similar version before. For links and notes just see below. For your safe update, just make your backup first to your card. This is a nice idea although E55 has UDP (User Data Preservation).

This firmware update now is available through OTA (Over the Air) update. This will work smoothly on your E55 like the others have done it. The file size is 7724KB for download and there are no obvious changes after you do updating.

So far, there is no detail info about this update. At least it will bring the same updates like E52 has been posted by Rafe.

Nokia N98 rumors have been around these days. Previously we had heard the same rumors about some years ago at 2007. Finally now we can see the photo of the long awaited phone, Nokia N98. The photo has surfaced at BeGeek.fr showing us the phone that comes with full qwerty keyboard along with tilting touchscreen display that similar to Nokia N97 Mini and N97.
