Your N900 can be set up as a modem on your Apple Mac. The way is easy enough. Matthew Miller has written this for you. So just follow these simple steps:

* Using USB cable, you can connect * N900 to the Mac
* On the N900 pop-up, choose the Nokia PC Suite
* Just type *99# as your telephone number on Mac Network settings
* After clicking Advanced button, choose the Modem tab
* Select GPRS (GSM/3G) via Model drop down
* As your APN choose epc.tmobile.com
* Leave others as default and OK
* Connect

Save those as setting and save N900 as modem. It is recommended for you to check the “Show modem status in menu bar” for your easily access. Bluetooth also can be used but the problem is you cant charge your battery. So it is easier if you use USB as you can charge your phone when surfing.
