Talking about call quality, there is no big difference with E71, except the speaker location. Due to different location the speaker sound seems a bit louder on E72 when you put it in the table.
Although E72 comes with a little difference in battery cover design, but it cant be said as an improvement. Both smartphones have the reliable battery cover.
Maybe the important one is E72 speed that gets faster and also it has the better battery endurance (20% better). The camera is also better than E71.
You will find on E72 Nokia Cancellation system that works through 2 microphones to analyze sounds and then block the outside noise. This system has good result in E72 than that of E52.
E72 also has attractive appealing besides its decent specs. If you dont pay much attention to the price, so this one is the appropriate choice. It is priced at 350 EURO.
