Cellity, the German Mobile Software is Purchased by Nokia

A small company from Germany, Cellity AG, the Mobile software company will work for Nokia. Nokia needs this company to strengthen its posotion in the social networking area. The Cellity AG has only around 14 employees. This company’s speciality is syncing and managing contacts accross many web services out there. So Nokia sees this company will be capable to give improvement on Nokia social networking capability.

Nokia will acquire the Cellity team to strengthen its competencies in the area of social networking

No info about how much Nokia has paid for this mobile software company. We expect the good news will come in future about Cellity AG and Nokia.
